We recommend a minimum of two preventive maintenance visits per year -- pre-summer and post-monsoon -- plus monthly operational checks. High-duty towers may need quarterly visits.
Yes. We conduct thermal performance testing, measure approach temperatures and identify issues such as fill fouling, scaling, fan inefficiency or air bypass that are reducing performance.
We recommend a programme combining corrosion inhibitor, scale inhibitor and biocide -- tailored to your make-up water quality, cycles of concentration and heat load. We supply all these chemicals directly.
PVC fill typically lasts 10-15 years with proper water treatment and cleaning. Without treatment, scaling and biofouling can reduce fill life to 3-5 years. We supply and fit replacement fill of all types.
